The event features three exciting races: \n\nSprint Triathlon: A 500-meter swim\, 12-mile bike ride\, and 3-mile run for individuals and teams.\nSuper Sprint Triathlon: A 300-meter swim\, 6-mile bike ride\, and 2.3-mile run for individuals only.\nSplash and Dash: A fun 50-meter swim and 1-mile run for participants of all ages. This is not a timed event.\n\nEvent Details\nLocation:\n7718 Twin Lakes Rd\, Manson\, IA US 50563 \nDate & Time: \n\nCheck-in: Begins at 6am at Twin Lakes Bible Camp on the Gathering Place Porch.\nPacket Pickup: Evening before the race from 6-8pm at Twin Lakes Bible Camp\, and on race day starting at 6am.\nOpening Ceremonies: 7:15 am at Twin Lakes Bible Camp.\nRace Start: 7:30 am for triathlon events\, 11am for Splash and Dash.\n\nRegistration Costs: \n\nPre-registration: Cost increases one month before the race.\nIn-person registration: $80 for individuals\, $130 for teams (only available the evening before the race).\n\nCheck-in Information: \n\nParticipants must check in to receive their race packet\, chip\, and get marked.\nTransition area setup follows check-in.
